Operations Manager and founder of SGG, Steve Gunn-Grant, has been working in the landfill industry for over 25 years and has a wealth of knowledge from all aspects of the industry, from installations and remediations to systems design and manufacturing.

Steph, our Office Manager, deals with HR & Training, Health & Safety and Customer Service. Steph has almost 30 years of Customer Service experience, 15 of which were in Management. Nade is our CIEEM-accredited Environmental Manager offering bespoke GIS and ecological/ environmental consultancy services for waste management and landfill clients. Nade graduated with first class honours in BSc (Hons) Biology and a distinction in MSc Conservation and Resource Management. Winner of the Penny Anderson Associates Award 2018 for best thesis on the MSc programme, Nade is also a Level 3 First Aider and currently working towards her WAMITAB certification. Our Fabrications Manager, Daz, has over 25 years experience in this field, enabling SGG to provide more than just fabrication. Our Workshop Manager, Ian, has over 25 years experience in the industry and is responsible for our team of workshop staff and the pump servicing team. Michael (usually known as Oscar) is our Technical Support. He has many years of experience in landfill and environmental awareness. He works on special projects, the development and testing of new innovations and is often called upon for advice on more specialised works. Our site technicians have a wealth of expertise and training, including NPORS, CSWIP Plastic Welding, Confined Spaces, Lifting and Slinging, MPQC SPA Quarry, IOSH, CSCS and Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work.
